I can tell you honestly that Anna got me in the best shape of my life for my wedding! We worked out twice a week for almost a full year and even when I was feeling tired and lazy Anna pushed me and never let me give up! She's a great motivator but isn't like an army drill sergeant which I don't like, she doesn't yell in your face but the things she does say and do make you move your booty! Anna knows how to train women focusing on the butt but she's an expert in the whole body, male or female. Her gymnastics background really helps because a trainer who is in amazing shape is what you want!!

Anna is an excellent professional trainer!! I have trained with her after having my second baby. Her personalized approach got me motivated to work out again despite the all the difficulties and physical issues that come with postpartum. Her sessions are dynamic and fun and varied. There are many things I cannot due to issues with my knees but Anna still managed to come up with challenging and effective cardio exercises. She helped me become stronger and more fit. I used to work out at the gym three times a week but I was not getting any results. I was going through menopause and I started to accumulate fat in the mid section of my body, back and front.
